The overall atmosphere was cosy, even so some staff members were busy. We had classic king room with a sensible sized TV and comfy beds plus a great bathroom. There was a good choice of food that was fab.

Staff were ever so helpful, breakfast was delicious, and location was glorious. I loved beautiful decor of the tradition king room. The lounge bar in the hotel had lots of strong white wine, cocktails and gins throughout the day.

The staff was fairly quiet, the breakfast was classic, everything was very comfortable. We enjoyed our executive king suite, it was cheap and delightful. The hotel was young and in a residential location. Services were very efficient too.

Fun stay in an incredibly helpful hotel. Individual building, ordinary rooms, great value. Food for breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit, bangers, bacon and yoghourt. The location was fine for traveling around Bourton-on-the-Water. Automated check-in and decent service.
